To whom it may concern:<\/span><\/p>\n

Permission to use video footage<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I understand that \u2018Autonomous Media Ltd\u2019 (The Organisation) wishes to use footage \u2018PRIME MINISTER FOR A DAY\u2019 (The Video Footage) featuring me for the Specified Purposes set out below.<\/span><\/p>\n

There will be no direct financial \u00a0consideration – however if my video is selected for use, I will receive the benefit of media exposure and I can confirm that:<\/span><\/p>\n

1 – I grant Autonomous Media Ltd exclusive permission to use the video footage in their short film(s) that will be published on social media and other media platforms in the UK and internationally, specifically to promote The Autonomous Party and their ideas.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 – I understand the video and audio footage may be edited, copied, modified, exhibited, published or distributed and waive any right to inspect or approve the final productions.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 – I waive the right to any royalties or other compensation arising or relating to the use of the Video Footage and the copyright shall become the exclusive property of Autonomous Media Ltd.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 – I consent to Autonomous Media using and storing copies of the Video Footage for the specified purposes at any time or to it storing my contact details, in case it needs to contact me.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have the right to:<\/span><\/p>\n

4.1 – Withdraw my consent to the business using and storing copies of the Video Footage for the Specified Purposes prior to final publication.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.2 – Withdraw my consent to the Autonomous Media Ltd holding my details on its database,\u00a0by email to:\u00a0info@autonomousparty.org<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

4.3 – Request access to the Video Footage and any information Autonomous Media Ltd holds about me at any time; and<\/span><\/p>\n

4.4 – Request that the Video Footage and information that Autonomous Media Ltd holds about Video Footage and any information that it holds about me be removed from any materials, any future materials and any internal databases, prior to publication, by email to:\u00a0info@autonomousparty.org<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>5 – This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or subject matter or formation (including non contractual dispute or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).<\/span><\/p>\n

6 – You are not precluded from uploading a video, if you are a current member or executive member of an existing UK political party – however by uploading Video Footage, it is your responsibility to obtain the consent of your political party.<\/span><\/p>\n

7 – There is no minimum or maximum age for submissions.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 – We accept submissions from anyone, of any age, who at the date of submission, is a British Citizen. We reserve the right to request sight of official documents to confirm this.<\/span><\/p>\n

9 – You will be fully credited, either by your name or the name of your company \/ organisation, as specified. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please advise us in the comments box, on the submission page, at time of upload,<\/span><\/p>\n

10 – We are requesting name and email address details to ensure that participants are British Citizens, however if you wish to remain anonymous, you may submit your name details as ‘anonymous’ and provide your real name in the comments section of the submission form.<\/span><\/p>\n

By uploading your film to our site\/server, you are deemed to have formally agreed to all of the above.<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
